Nous allons \u00e9videmment voter pour. Nous constatons que vous augmentez de mani\u00e8re spectaculaire les charges de personnel alors m\u00eame que nous n&rsquo;avons toujours pas de nouveau Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Services. Aussi nous maintenons nos inqui\u00e9tudes et voteront contre&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Intervention de <strong>Jean Michel RUFFIN<\/strong> en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un adjoint lui faisant remarquer que Pourri\u00e8res est dans la strate des communes de la m\u00eame taille&nbsp;:&nbsp;Nous sommes, certes sur la m\u00eame strate, mais pour quel service en moins compar\u00e9 \u00e0 eux&nbsp;? Nous n\u2019avons pas de DGS pas de DRH, pas de directeur financier\u2026 C\u2019est inquitant si demain nous devions recruter sur ces trois postes.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Point num\u00e9ro 9\u00a0: Plan de financement des salles de loisirs sportives\u00a0: augmentation des couts. Les salles de loisirs couteront un plus de 2 700 000 euros pour un auto financement de 1 295 000 euros.\u00a0<strong><span style=\"color:#cc0037\"
